Terms of service
The agreement between you and TuneClub when you use TuneClub. Last updated October 2026.
The service
TuneClub is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. Tune-up plans that sell, bill and book themselves.
Your account
You need a valid email address. You're responsible for what happens under your account; don't share sign-in links. You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. You can export your data, change your email preferences or delete the account at any time from your account page.
Payments
Paid plans are billed by Stripe in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Free trials convert to paid at the end of the trial unless cancelled first. Prices may change with notice; the change applies at your next renewal. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires them.
Acceptable use
Don't break the law, abuse other people, attack the service, scrape it at volume, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where practical.
Your content
What you create stays yours. You give us the permission needed to store and display it to run the service, and no more.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TuneClub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Shops are the sellers. A plan is an agreement between the shop and its customer, paid to the shop's own Stripe account; TuneClub provides the signup, billing and scheduling software and is not a party to it.
Shops are responsible for their plans and the work. Plans are maintenance only: TuneClub's templates don't offer repair or parts coverage, and a shop that changes a plan beyond them is responsible for any rules that apply in its state.
Free plan fee: 2% of the payments a shop collects through TuneClub, never more than $99 in a calendar month (UTC), taken by Stripe from each payment. Pro: no platform fee. Stripe's own processing fees are charged to the shop by Stripe.
